By submitting an application to join ZYNCX through this portal, you confirm that all information provided including email address, channel links, and platform statistics is authentic and belongs to you.

ZYNCX reserves the right to accept or decline any applicant without explanation. Applying does not guarantee membership or representation.

Applicants must be at least 15 years of age, or have explicit parental consent where required by local legislation.

What we collect: We collect your email address, channel name, platform URL, niche/role, and any custom information you submit.

Why we collect it: We collect this information solely to review your eligibility as a ZYNCX creator, display approved creators on our Creators page, and send you email updates regarding your application status.

Data Sharing: ZYNCX will never sell or distribute your contact details to third parties. Your data is stored securely in our private database.

Approved ZYNCX creators represent the organization brand. All members are expected to maintain professional standards of behavior across social channels.

Zero Tolerance: Bullying, harassment, hate speech, or unethical behavior in community SMPs (like HeartRole), esports events (SYNCX Esports), or general public forums will result in immediate removal from the creator organization and website listing.

Creators are encouraged to actively collaborate and cross-promote ZYNCX projects where possible.

Creators selected for sponsorship campaigns or collaborations are expected to:

• Communicate professionally.
• Meet agreed deadlines.
• Fulfill all agreed campaign requirements.
• Disclose sponsored content where required by applicable platform guidelines or law.

Participation in sponsorship opportunities is subject to eligibility and is not guaranteed.

Creators retain full ownership of the content they create.

By joining ZYNCX, you grant the organization permission to feature your creator name, profile picture, logo, social media links, and publicly available content for promotional purposes, including on the ZYNCX website and official social media channels.

ZYNCX does not claim ownership of your videos, streams, artwork, or any other original content.
